Damon Vaughan

I’m a forest ecologist and data scientist passionate about unraveling the complex relationships between tree physiology, wood production, and environmental factors. My research spans diverse ecosystems and applications—from studying tree physiology in Tropical Montane Cloud Forests to analyzing western US conifer wood properties, to developing forest industry strategies to achieve forest restoration goals in low-value stands.
